1. General provisions

These terms of service set out the rules for using the website operated by Smuszkiewicz S.C., with its registered office at ul. Pałucka 11, 62-200 Gniezno (tax ID/NIP: PL7842428713), hereinafter the "Operator". By using the website, you accept these terms.

2. Definitions

  • Website - the Operator's online service together with all of its subpages.
  • User - any person using the Website.
  • Listing - a presentation of a vehicle or service published on the Website, provided for information purposes.

3. Scope of services

Through the Website, the Operator enables the User in particular to:

  • browse the commercial vehicles on display and information about them;
  • send an enquiry or get in touch via the contact form;
  • read information about financing, import and the Operator's business.

4. Informational nature of listings

Information about vehicles and prices published on the Website is provided for information purposes only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code. The details, availability and conditions of each transaction are agreed individually in every case. We make every effort to keep the data up to date, but errors or changes may occur.

5. Rules for using the Website

  • the User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with the law and good practice;
  • supplying unlawful content is prohibited;
  • actions that could disrupt the operation of the Website are prohibited, including unauthorised automated data scraping.

6. Contact and enquiries

Sending an enquiry via the contact form is voluntary and free of charge. The rules for processing personal data submitted in the form are described in the Privacy policy. The Operator responds to enquiries where possible in the ordinary course of business.

7. Intellectual property

Content published on the Website, including texts, photos, logos and the graphic layout, is protected by law and is the property of the Operator or is used with the consent of the rights holders. Copying or distributing it without the Operator's consent is prohibited.

8. Liability

The Operator is not liable for damage resulting from use of the Website in breach of these terms, nor for interruptions in the operation of the Website caused by factors beyond its control. The above does not exclude or limit any liability arising under mandatory provisions of law.

9. Complaints

Comments and complaints about the operation of the Website can be submitted to sprzedaz@smuszkiewicz.pl. A response is provided without undue delay, no later than within the period required by law.

10. Final provisions

The Operator reserves the right to amend these terms for important reasons. The current version applies from the moment it is published on the Website. In matters not covered here, Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
